This national multimedia project offers information and resources for helping young kids learn to read, explaining why so many struggle, and giving ways caring adults can help.

Yahooligans.
Yahooligans is designed for kids ages 7-12 but has many resources that could go through high school including Gray’s Anatomy, The Columbia Encyclopedia, the works of Shakespeare, and a conversion calculator.

Factmonster
For kids ages 8 to 14, Factmonster offers statistics, facts, and historical info from an encyclopedia, a dictionary, an atlas and an almanac.

Ask Dr. Math
Kids and adults can use the question archive to help them work through math problems. If a question isn’t in the archive, they may write to Dr. Math for help.
